Pushkar Manchanda (born January 31, 2005) is an Indian businessman and the founder of Sidhiman Real Estate Limited, a real estate company operating in Northern India. He is also the founder of PM Investor and Builders, a brand known for its real estate investment services under the Sidhiman Real Estate umbrella. Early Life and Background Pushkar Manchanda was born and raised in Panipat, Haryana. Initially passionate about cricket, he had to step away from the sport due to injuries at the age of 13. After this shift, he focused on business, starting by managing accounting duties in his father’s company. At the age of 14, Manchanda began exploring the stock market. His initial experiences were marked by losses, but he returned with greater knowledge and discipline, ultimately broadening his interests to include real estate and other investments. This determination led him to build a career that spans both financial and real estate sectors. Manchanda is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Doon Group of Colleges, Dehradun, after completing his schooling at MASD School, Panipat. His qualifications also include a certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and a diploma from the London School of Business Administration. Professional Journey Manchanda founded PM Investor and Builders at the age of 14, offering investment plans with high returns, which attracted numerous clients. After expanding his client base, he launched Sidhiman Real Estate Limited in 2024 as a public limited company, specializing in both real estate development and investment solutions. His companies primarily focus on investment strategies, real estate development, and providing high return investment opportunities for clients in Northern India.
